"Reclining Italian Greyhound (or Whippet)" Based on the proportions, most students of dogs know this IS an Italian Greyhound or Whippet. Without doubt one of the most beautiful pieces of porcelain available for the breed. I read that this has been produced since the early 20th Century.
Blanc de Chine, White Porcelain, Gloss finish. Impressed small square and 08 or 80 on underside as shown. Green Hallmark stating Rosenthal Bavaria.
3.25" High by 6 5.8" Long by 2.25" wide.
