Marmet baby pram/carriage

For sale is this vintage, totally original Marmet pram or as it's known in the United States, baby carriage. This pram was purchased by me for my niece when she was born 5 years ago however my brother and his wife never used it. I would describe it as good original condition for an item that must be at least 50 years old, possibly closer to 60. The pram could be used today, although it really should have a complete restoration. The body of the pram is made of wood and painted primarily white with blue accent trim. The hood is made of fabric and there is a little bit of fraying in various places. The inside looks like it could be used with just a good wipe down. The tires have age cracks and have yellowed Somewhat. The leather bands that attach the body to the base also show cracks in each band.But everything works including the brake. This pram was recently identified by a specialist who runs a website for these prams as a Marmet Marquess model which apparently is quite rare. I could find no other example of one either for sale currently or in the past and the gentleman who identfied this and has the website said he's never seen one in person.
