Here we have an 8 x 12 photo showing oil polluting the water off the shoreline of Fallaka, an island new Kuwait. The oil leaked from wells set afire by Iraqi forces prior to their withdrawal from the region during Operation Desert Storm. The original image dated to April 4, 1991, Kuwait. Please note that the original image, captured by an early digital camera, was grainy as is reflected in this print.
