1. Our shipping system cannot accept order changes or cancellation after the package sent out. You can follow our return policy for more information.

we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,APO/FPO/PO Boxes
). With correct information provided, your order is sent out within 3 business day. Any changes to address after payment made will not be considered.

All returned items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. The reason for return:

2. Buyer purchased the wrong item or Buyer does not want the item:
1). Buyer need to pay the return postage.
2). Buyer must contact our customer service within 30 days after the item arrived.
3). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. And the depreciation fee will be charged (15% of item Value at least) for any product that have been used.
3. Shipping damage:
We use FedEx / UPS Ground / USPS for US local address orders. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
4. We shipped the wrong item
1). Return items must be in original condition.
2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 30 days after the item arrived.
3). We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.
