This is a book made for farmers to keep track of all income and expenditures made.

There is some writing on some pages as someone did keep records in this at some point.
It does show some wear with some slight shreds to the paper here and there and some corner wear but overall in pretty nice shape for its age. The pages are holding to the binding just fine.
