    Description

    United States Individual Income And Victory Tax Return for 1943 along with three different receipts.  These were filed during WWII.
    The returns were for a husband and wife.  Appears the husband died on November 14, 1943 leaving the wife to file for him.
    Two receipts have the husband’s name on them.  One dated was before the husband passed.  The large one was his W-2 form.  The green one may have been a receipt from the Post Office.
    (Look up Victory Tax for an interesting read).
    All are in very good condition considering their age.  77 years old.
